Our Process
Our desire to provide full transparency and inclusion into our services is highlighted here, where you can see exactly how we complete every job.

Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning
The 5 Step Process:
-
The Clean: Each window cleaning starts with an eco-friendly, detergent-based scrub of the windows
-
The Hard Debris Scrub: We carefully scrub down any hard debris with steel wool (don't worry, it won't scratch the glass)
-
The Squeegee: We then remove all excess water using a high quality window squeegee with a special technique that ensures a streak-less dry
-
The Tiny Details: We go over the edges and corners of the window with a fine, microfibre cloth to remove any remaining water droplets
-
The Inspection: Finally, we inspect each window after completion to ensure a streak-less, sparkling clean
2
Eavestrough Debris Removal & Handwashing
The 4 Step Process:
-
Safety First: Before anything else, ensure safety measures are in place. This usually involves using a sturdy ladder to reach the eavestroughs securely.
-
Debris Removal: Armed with gloves and a scoop, the cleaning begins. All leaves, twigs, and sediment that have accumulated over time are carefully removed from the eavestroughs. This is crucial, as clogged eavestroughs can lead to water damage on the roof and walls.
-
Flushing Out: Once the larger debris is gone, it's time for a thorough flush. Water is run through the eavestroughs to clear out any remaining small particles. This step also helps in checking if there are any leaks.
-
Handwashing the Exterior: With the insides clean, the focus shifts to the exterior. Using a soft brush and an eco-friendly cleaner, the outside of the eavestroughs are scrubbed to remove dirt and stains. This not only improves the appearance but also protects the material from stains and damage.
-
Final Inspection: After cleaning, a final inspection ensures everything is in excellent shape and functioning properly. This proactive measure helps in avoiding any future issues.
3
Pressure Washing
-
Setup and Safety: The first step involves setting up the pressure washer, ensuring all connections are secure. Safety gear like goggles and gloves are essential to protect against flying debris and high-pressure water spray.
-
Pressure Washing: This is where the transformation begins. The pressure washer is used to blast away dirt, grime, and mildew from harder surfaces such as siding, driveways, and walkways. The high pressure can reach into nooks and crannies that are usually hard to clean, making it highly effective.
-
Handwashing Delicate Areas: Not all surfaces can handle the vigor of pressure washing. For more delicate areas like painted surfaces or aged wood, handwashing with a soft brush and mild cleaning solution is the go-to method. This prevents damage while still ensuring a thorough clean.
-
Rinsing and Drying: After the surfaces have been washed, they are thoroughly rinsed to remove any remaining cleaner or loosened dirt. The surfaces are then left to air dry.
-
Inspection and Touch-Ups: The final step involves a walk-around to inspect the cleanliness of all surfaces. Any spots missed by the pressure washer or areas needing extra attention are handwashed again.
4
Gutter Guard Installation
-
Initial Inspection and Measurement: First things first, the existing gutters are inspected for any repairs that might be needed. Measurements are taken to ensure the gutter guards fit perfectly, tailoring the solution to the specific needs of your home.
-
Choosing the Right Guards: There are two types of gutter guards we primarily offer, a superior aluminum mesh covering and a cost-efficient metal grated covering. Each type serves different needs depending on the amount of tree cover and the type of debris typically encountered. Choosing the right type is crucial for long-term effectiveness.
-
Cleaning the Gutters: Before the installation, the gutters are thoroughly cleaned. This means removing any leaves, twigs, and sediment to ensure the guards can be installed on a clean, smooth surface.
-
Installing the Gutter Guards: The guards are then carefully fitted over or inside the existing gutters. Some guards are snapped into place while others might require fastening with screws. This step is done with precision to ensure that the guards are secure and lie flat against the edges of the gutters.
-
Final Inspection and Testing: Once the guards are installed, a final inspection is carried out to make sure there are no gaps or misalignments. Often, a quick water test is performed to check for proper water flow and to ensure that the guards are performing as expected.
